Please ensure the county where you intend to complete the application process supports using the application.

This online portion of the application process allows you to pre-complete the marriage application for select counties in Missouri. This will help expedite the process at the county. Once you complete this application, you will need to go to the county Recorder's office to complete the process.

In most cases, your marriage license, once issued, can be used in any Missouri county, it does not have to be used in the county that issues the license. It does have to be returned to the same county where it was issued.

Some counties are accepting applications by appointment only.   Please contact your county for more information.
